This Cleveland Heights home remodel was part of HGTV’s Celebrity IOU. Being selected to remodel the home of Actress Halle Berry’s 5th Grade Teacher was a true honor.
Kitchen Redesign
We added a bar to expand the sitting area and allow for more counter space while cooking. This makes for much more comfortable conversation with friends and family when cooking your favorite meals together. After all, the kitchen is where we all end up spending most of our time. The appliances were upgraded and the whole design was significantly modernized.
Dining Room Remodel
Swapping out the carpet with engineered hardwood floor was an easy choice to modernize the downstairs rooms. We added windows along the wall to let in sun light and the rounded archway was updated to with molding to keep the edges clean. It’s amazing the impact that furniture can have on the look and feel of a space as well!
Study Remodel
White curtains, white paint, recessed lighting. These changes helped to brighten the room providing the space with much more energy and openness.
