What makes Keselman Construction Group different? Our background. Most people on our team are legal immigrants from Ukraine, and because of our origin, we consider living in this country and having a career to be a huge privilege. Our clients have a large selection of contractors in the area to choose from, and we are truly blessed and thankful every time our team is chosen.
A good deal of our business comes from satisfied clients who refer us to their friends and family. We are often told how different we are to work with compared to other construction and renovation companies, and the fact is we take a lot of pride in hearing these types of remarks. Zakhar Keselman – Owner
Zakhar was born and raised in Ukraine and moved to the United States in 2001 where he launched Keselman Construction Group in 2004. He has been married to his wife Laura since 2002 and together they have two daughters. In his free time he enjoys being with his family, attending church, spending time outdoors, camping, playing soccer, Crossfit and traveling.
Tony Puts – Business Development Manager
Tony was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States in 1999. He married his wife Viktoriya in 2013 and they are raising two children. Tony has a degree in chemical engineering with experience in manufacturing, project and process engineering and began his career in construction in 2012.
He is a church youth leader, enjoys playing soccer, spending time with family, and organizing youth activities.
Kirk Hartung – Business Development Manager
Kirk was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and moved to Cleveland in 2002, where he earned degrees in Music Performance. He transitioned into the construction industry in 2007 as a designer with a custom storage company, and then moved into the home remodeling industry in 2011.
He went back to school to further his education, earning a degree in Architectural Drafting and Construction Estimating in 2009. Kirk married his wife Katie in 2018. In his free time, Kirk enjoys hiking, travel, performing music with a local orchestra, recreational sports, and tackling home improvement projects.
David Levtonyuk – Office Manager
Dave was born in Cleveland, OH. He has an accounting degree and transitioned into the construction industry in 2016 from the manufacturing and accounting services industries.
In his spare time, he enjoys strength training/bodybuilding, debates, as well as peace and quiet.
Petr Trokhimenko – Project Manager
Petr was born and raised in Ukraine, moved to the United States in 2003 and started in the construction industry the same year. He has been married to his wife Alla since 1999 and together they have four children.
In his free time, he is an elder in his church and enjoys time with his family, traveling, swimming and being outdoors.
Bill Mullet – Project Manager
Bill is a happy husband of almost 34 years. He has 3 children and 5 grandchildren! Bill has been in construction for 33 years in various capacities. His greatest experience is in residential remodeling and home building however, Bill has some experience with commercial properties as well.
Bill loves the transformations that come with remodeling but also the challenges of creating new spaces for our clients!
Anatoliy Torchilo – Project Manager
Anatoliy Torchilo was born in Ukraine and moved to the United States in 2000. He graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Anatoliy got married in 2017 and he and his wife reside in Parma, Ohio. He is a small group leader in his church and in his spare time enjoys playing soccer, volleyball, and web designing.
Anatoliy joined the Keselman Construction Group in the Fall of 2018.
Paul Puts – Project Estimator
Paul was born and raised in Ukraine, and moved to the United States In 1997 when he was 21 years old. In 1998 he started his construction career in a local masonry company. Paul got married in 1999 and with his wife Lesya they have 5 children. Paul has been playing saxophone for 27 years.
In his free time, Paul likes playing sports, especially soccer. He also enjoys listening to calm christian worship music, spending time with his family, playing in his church orchestra, and singing in the church choir.
Kaycee – CEO (Chief Encouragement Officer)
Kaycee is a valuable member of our team. Her duties include providing affection and morale boosting to our office staff. As well as alerting our team about Fedex and UPS deliveries.
In her free time Kaycee enjoys chasing a ball, chewing on bones, and taking her owners on walks.
