This first floor remodel in Beachwood, Ohio touched nearly every room in the home. The kitchen is the centerpiece: two-tone custom cabinetry pairing soft painted perimeter cabinets with a natural white oak island, a curved white oak range hood, full-height marble slab backsplashes, herringbone hardwood floors, and aged brass hardware down to the pot filler.
The storage is what makes this home work day to day. Pull-out spice drawers, custom cutlery dividers, a walk-in pantry with roll-out shelves, a butler’s pantry with dual wine and beverage fridges, and a floor-to-ceiling storage wall in the hallway. Our team also built a mudroom bench with beadboard paneling, updated the laundry room, and finished the powder room with a fluted white oak vanity and antique brass mirrors. Picture-frame wall paneling ties the whole first floor together.
